Your apartment was inspected prior to your occupancy and no damages or defects were found.  For your own benefit, we urge you to carefully inspect the apartment and note any defects, missing items, or overall notes you would like to make. This list will be used for comparison purposes when you vacate the unit.

This form must be completed and submitted within five days of your occupancy date. If you fail to complete and submit this form within this period, it will be deemed conclusively that no defects or damages to the premises or appliances existed at the time you took possession. Any notation of discrepancies will be interpreted as a request for service and a maintenance ticket will be generated by FERE, Inc. and a Maintenance Technician or Contractor will be called to make the necessary repairs.
