Payment Options
Because life’s complicated enough, paying your rent shouldn't be.
Pay Online with Zego
Residents/Homeowners can make online rent/HOA payments through our partnership with Zego.
Available Payment Methods include:
- ACH (e-Check): $1.12 per transaction
- Debit Card: $6.59 per transaction
- Credit Card: 3.27% of the total payment
Getting Started:To enroll, email accounting@frankemmet.com from the email address you would like to be associated with your account.
Once your account has been activated, you will receive a welcome email from Zego containing instructions to create your account and begin making payments online.
Important: Please check your junk or spam folder for an email from noreply@gozego.com.
Pay the Old Fashioned Way
Mail your check or money order to our office. Payments will be credited to your account on the date received - not the postmark date.
Please ensure to include a stamped envelope for a return receipt.
