Payment Options
Because life’s complicated enough, paying your rent shouldn't be.
RentCafe Resident Portal
Residents can make rent payments through our new resident portal, RentCafe.
Available Payment Methods include:
- ACH (Bank Account): No fee
- Credit/Debit Card: Processing fees apply
Payments can be made online through RentCafe once your monthly charges have been posted to your account.
Don't have an account? Contact us at accounting@frankemmet.com to get registered as a new user.
Pay the Old Fashioned Way
Mail your check or money order to our office. Payments will be credited to your account on the date received - not the postmark date.
Please ensure to include a stamped envelope for a return receipt.
